God Made Me In His Image

God Is Perfect, Therefore

I Am Perfect… I Am Perfectly Me

“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.”

Matthew 5:48

I rejoice in the fact that I am fearfully and wonderfully made.  Regardless of the circumstances of my life- bad choices, hurts, traumas, disappointments or the things I currently face- I am made in the image of God. I am perfectly me.  He is the great I am therefore I am. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. Every tongue t hat rises against me shall be condemned. I am more than a conqueror and He always cause me to triumph!

God made me in His image;

God is perfect; therefore

I am perfect… I am perfectly me!

I live in a world that tells me things like:  “Don’t worry, You’re not perfect… Nobody is perfect.” That is totally incorrect; both spiritually and scientifically wrong!  It is an insult to God to think that I am not perfect.

God made me in His image;

God is perfect; therefore

I am perfect… I am perfectly me!

If I believe I am not perfect I have added imperfection to HIS perfection.  For this I repent and apologize. I have attempted to measure up to standards not designed for me- IQ Tests, Personality Profiles, Body Types, and Social Media Profiles. I’ve tried to measure up to the numbers; fit a profile; in a category or a box.  For that I repent and apologize. I am not a number, I am not a profile, I do not fit into a category or a box. I can not be categorized because I am the perfect type ME! I am Perfectly me!

God made me in His image;

God is perfect; therefore

I am perfect… I am perfectly me!

The “perfect type me” creates a unique “I factor” that is incredible and unique.  The “I factor” causes me to see myself as God intended for me- HIS reflection, made in HIS image, fashioned to be me.  As He is the great I AM therefore I am.  The “I factor” creates the “perfect type me” that thinks, moves, and operates the way God created me to be.  The core of who I am in Christ, my design, my default mode is to be perfectly me- designed by God in His image; completely unique, stand alone, perfect designer made.

God made me in His image;

God is perfect; therefore

I am perfect… I am perfectly me!

When I fail to operate in my “perfect type me” default mode, I fail to worship God in the way He intended me to worship Him. When I operate in my “perfect type me” I honor the one who created me; who fashioned me to be the perfect me- made in His image with a divine sense of purpose and with eternity built inside me.

God made me in His image;

God is perfect; therefore

I am perfect… I am perfectly me!

As a man thinks so he becomes.  Knowing this… I will never know another day of jealousy, envy, strife, insecurity, or uncertainty in my life. As I think these toxic thoughts my brain begins to adapt.  These thoughts cause brain damage. My image begins to line-up with those thoughts.  I transform into someone I was not created to be… someone that is not my perfect me.

God made me in His image;

God is perfect; therefore

I am perfect… I am perfectly me!

I must take those thoughts captive unto the obedience of Christ. I must reset to my default settings and remember that I am fearfully and wonderfully made- made in the image of my Father, the great I am that I am! As I shift my thinking back to the “perfect type me”- my brain and my body align with those perfect thoughts.  I remember that God fashioned me to be the “perfect type me”. I remember who I am in Christ. I remember I can do all things through Christ who strengths me.  I remember that:

God made me in His image;

God is perfect; therefore

I am perfect… I am perfectly me!

I am so amazing- tailor made by God! He gave me unique fingerprints and footsteps but His same DNA that His unfailing love flows through and from me. There is no one like me therefore I do not compare myself to anyone else. I do not fit into a category. I do not fit in to a box. I can not be compared because you can’t compare the incomparable. I am who God created me to be. I can do what He created me to do.

God made me in His image;

God is perfect; therefore

I am perfect… I am perfectly me!

With all this in mind… there is something I can do that no one else on this planet can do.   He sent me here for such a time as this to do what He created me to do.  He sent me to reflect His image.  I was not sent here to fit in- I was sent here to take over.

God made me in His image;

God is perfect; therefore

I am perfect… I am perfectly me!
